1. Best platform to meet Baruch students and alumni who work in media 2. We share unique career opportunities and job referrals in media with our members 3. Gain better clarity for which career in media/entertainment you want to pursue 4. We provide career readiness programs and career development workshops for free 5. You will be invited to an inclusive Google Group where we often post internal job referral opportunities, free career resources and organizational updates

You must be a student or alumni of Baruch College who signed up in our membership interest form to be an eligible member with our network. All interested candidates with a strong passion for a career in media & entertainment are strongly encouraged to join us.

There are NO membership fees. Our network is supported by the City University of New York, Baruch College.

We are operating as a remote online network with an active LinkedIn community group where we house all organizational news and industry-related discussions between members.

Once you apply to be a member with us, you're a member for life. You will gain unlimited access to our exclusive job listings, insider news, networking opportunities and more private/public events. Our purpose is to support every Baruch student and alumni in their media careers.

We are only hosting online virtual events. This can subject to change depending on whether COVID-19 restrictions ease overtime.

We usually share 1-3 job postings once a week on Instagram and Facebook. On LinkedIn, we announce new job postings it a week or two later depending on level of group activity however members in the LinkedIn group will have more access to partake in our discussions relating to job opportunities. Make sure to follow all of our social media to get the latest scoop!

You are not mandated to attend events to be a verified as our member. As long as you applied via our interest form, you are a member to us. However, we love to see you in future events!

Yes, please email us at baruchmedianetwork@gmail.com on your collaboration proposal. As a non-profit organization of Baruch College's Alumni Networks, we cannot accept any collaborations that involves monetary transaction.
