Our mentorship program will pair two media enthusiasts to learn and develop together professionally and personally in the industry.

1. application opens!

Pairings start midisemester

*Mentorship is only for MEMBERS ONLY! Applications will open on a semester-basis.

2. MANUAL MATCHING

Pairing Interviews and Mentor Decisions are made in this phase.

*There will be a cap in pairings made per semester.

3. MENTORSHIP PAIRINGS

After mentorship pairings are made, we will roll out professional development events for mentees and mentors to participate.
